Fifteen years ago our dad found this old cider press at an antique store. He bought it and restored it to working order. Since then, every fall we’ve had an Apple Cider party where we invite all our friends and family out for a day of cider-making, brunswick stew cooked over a fire, games and music. It’s become a time-honored and well-loved tradition…and something our family looks forward to throughout the year.

We’re excited to announce that we will be offering the apple cider press through Stonegate. Whether for a wedding or bbq — this press is the perfect way to engage your guests and create a memorable Virginia event!

Wedding guests can be a part of the apple-cider making during cocktail hour or you can rent it to start your own Apple Cider Party. All you need are the apples — and lots of jars to pour the cider in. Take advantage of Virginia’s apple orchards and squish to your heart’s content!
