GENERATORS

Packages are available to accommodate both restroom trailers and vendors such as band/DJ, catering, tent lighting, tent fans/heaters, photo booths, food trucks and more. These include generator/generators, diesel fuel, power cables, power distribution box/boxes, delivery/pick-up, consultation and coordination with vendors.

Most of our luxury restroom trailers can be operated with a small Honda (Honda 3000 generator) which can be delivered in the back of the restroom trailer delivery truck (one delivery for both restroom trailer and generator). This package includes a full tank of diesel fuel for the generator which can typically run 12-18 hours.

Our larger generators are trailer-mounted so they will require a dedicated delivery vehicle, and are typically placed on-site behind a restroom trailer or catering tent. From there, we run a thick set of industrial power cables to the stage or other central location where they terminate into a “power distribution box.” This box breaks down the industrial power into standard household circuits for all your vendors to utilize.

Packages are rented with an eight-hour base of active generator run time. Following the initial eight hours, rates are charged hourly. This hourly rate includes the diesel fuel and there is typically no charge for the generator to simply sit on site.

All of our generators are industrial grade and designed with reliability, longevity, and quiet operation in mind. For reference: when standing 25’ in front of a restroom trailer, an AC unit on top of a restroom trailer will be more noticeable than the running generator behind the trailer.

We recommend clients place a reminder on their phone or event timeline to turn the generator off at the end of the night, as they are so quiet this step is often forgotten.
